Our appraiser, Jason Clow, is an Arizona State Certified Residential Appraiser with over 25 years of experience. 2. Inquiries, quotes and engagements
4. Resume codesWhen you save an unfinished request on our online appraisal request form, we give you a code to resume it. The code can be reused for 30 days after it is issued, and no account or password is needed. We send it by email or, only if you choose it and consent, by text message (section 5). Keep the code private: anyone with the code may be able to view or change that request. If you ask for a new code, the old one stops working. Tell us right away at appraisals@wvas.email or 602-717-8450 if you think someone else has your code. 5. Text messages (SMS Terms)Program 1: WVAS Resume Codes (customers; optional)What it is. When you save an unfinished appraisal request on our online request form, you choose how to receive the code that lets you resume it: by email (the default) or by text message. If you choose text, we send your code to the mobile number you entered. The code can be reused for 30 days after it is issued. No account or password is needed. How you opt in. Choose "Text message" and check the separate consent box, which is not pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of requesting an appraisal or of using any of our services. Email is always available without text consent. The exact consent wording appears next to the box on the request form. What we send. Transactional messages only: your code and how long it is valid, or a replacement code if you ask for one. No marketing or promotional texts. Texts are sent from our toll-free number, (888) 574-7203. Sample message: "WVAS: Your code to resume your appraisal request is 123456. Valid 30 days. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Message frequency: texts are sent only when you request a code, usually one message per request, plus a replacement code if you ask for one (about 1-2 messages per request). Message and data rates may apply. Opt out (STOP). Reply STOP to stop WVAS Resume Codes texts to your number. We record your opt-out and you receive one confirmation text; after that we send no further texts to that number unless you opt in again. You can still get your code by email. Opting back in (START). Replying START (or UNSTOP) re-enables text delivery to your number. We will text you a code again only after you choose "Text message" and check the consent box again on our website for a request; that new consent is recorded with the wording version you agreed to. Help (HELP). Reply HELP for help, or contact West Valley Appraisal Services at 602-717-8450 or appraisals@wvas.email. This is the only alert destination. The alerts contain no customer personal information. Customers and the public are never enrolled in this program. Sample message: "WVAS PP Console Inquiry - New private-party inquiry received. Check Tracker." Message frequency: varies, about one message per new inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. The recipient may reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Consent. The owner's opt-in for 602-717-8450 is kept as an electronic consent record. Terms for both programsProvider.
